Refund Policy
All purchased items from Huegler Perfumes LLC can be returned within 7 days from the date of product delivery. Returned items may be replaced or refunded, depending on the issue, the product type, and the condition of the returned item.
Products shipped internationally are not eligible for refunds and can only be replaced.
All returns will be processed and accepted only if the return conditions are met.
Conditions for Return
A return request will be accepted only under the following conditions:

If the product delivered is not the item you ordered or has a manufacturing defect.

If the product is a fragrance item and not a beauty product.

The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, including:

Unopened seals

Original brand packaging

Sampling pieces or manuals (if applicable)

All Huegler Perfumes LLC tags attached.

Cancellation and return requests are not processed through customer service email. Due to the high volume of emails received daily, we strongly discourage sending requests via email, as it may delay processing.
Refund Process
For Online Prepaid Orders

Cancellation before shipping:
A 2.5% processing charge of the total order value will be deducted. -
Return after shipping:
AED 25 will be deducted as courier charges. -
Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed to the original credit card within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited to your Huegler Perfumes LLC E-Wallet. -
Cancellation before shipping:
No charges if cancelled before dispatch. -
Return after shipping:
AED 25 will be deducted as courier charges. -
Refund Timeline:
Wallet refunds will be processed within 24 hours after the returned order reaches the warehouse.
