Intellectual Property

You confirm that you are over the age of eighteen (18) by accepting these "Terms of Use."

Huegler Perfumes LLC reserves the right to seek reimbursement from the parents or legal guardians of any minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Huegler Perfumes LLC if the company suffers any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor.

Prices

Base Currency

All fees and costs are expressed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Modification of Prices

Prices on hueglerperfumes.com are liable to change at any time. A launch price, promotional offer, or sales campaign may also affect prices.

Prices for items that are not in stock or that can be ordered in advance remain valid after the order has been placed. The customer will be notified and given the option to cancel the order if the price changes from the pre-order price.

We reserve the right to occasionally change the prices that are shown on the website, and once they are changed, they cannot be applied to orders that have already been confirmed or delivered.

Errors in Typography

However, we cannot guarantee that all product information listed is entirely accurate, complete, or current due to human error and other factors.

Orders

Order Placement

You can place an order on the website, over the phone, or through Huegler Perfumes LLC.

If you plan to order something from the website, you must ensure that your personal information is current and accurate. Before validating an order, Huegler Perfumes LLC advises the Customer to review the order form carefully.

If incorrect information is entered, neither Huegler Perfumes LLC nor the recipient will be held liable for emails sent to incorrect addresses or packages delivered to incorrect delivery addresses.

Process Duration

If items are in stock and payment verification is successful, your order will typically be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are not processed during weekends or holidays.

Policy for Order Acceptance

Receiving an electronic confirmation does not mean that we have accepted your order or completed the sale.

Huegler Perfumes LLC reserves the right to accept or decline an order at any time for any reason.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting an order.

Order Recognition

Order Modifications

If an order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting us during business hours.

Email cancellation requests are discouraged due to the high volume of emails.

Payment

Currently, Huegler Perfumes LLC accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) payments within the United Arab Emirates.

We implement several security measures to protect website visitors. However, if a user’s device is compromised by viruses or malware, these protections may be bypassed.

In such cases, Huegler Perfumes LLC and its partners disclaim all liability.

If a customer has unpaid balances or legal disputes related to previous orders, Huegler Perfumes LLC reserves the right to refuse service or delivery.

Invoice

The online order form cannot be considered an official invoice.

Customers will receive an invoice when their package is delivered. A digital or physical copy of each invoice is stored in the Huegler Perfumes LLC database.

Security

Although Huegler Perfumes LLC takes reasonable measures to protect payment information, we cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your data unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

Disputes

A pre-order allows customers to place orders before a product’s official release date.

If payment has been received, we aim to ship the product on the scheduled launch date. However, this may depend on warehouse availability.

Delivery timelines begin once the item becomes available.

Huegler Perfumes LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund.

Pre-order delivery dates may change without prior notice.

Your pre-order will only be confirmed after payment is received.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, you must do so at least three days before shipment.
